About Paige
As a 500-hour Yoga Therapeutic Specialist through Yoga Medicine, Paige teaches yoga as a means to help other people. Watching her student’s practice transform week after week keeps her inspired to continually learn and grow as a yoga practitioner with nearly two decades of experience. She finds joy in being a seasoned resource with the ability to help her students navigate the struggles of everyday life on and off the mat.
Paige’s teaching approach is playful and knowledgeable while keeping the focus on the individual needs of her students. Her goal is to break down seemingly hard yoga poses making them accessible to all levels of yoga students allowing her students to experience the benefits of breath work, yoga, and meditation first hand. She promises one thing; challenging classes that will make her students sweat!
