In our last video, we worked on opening up the shoulders after a strong practice so this week I’m sharing a simple yet effective drill that will help build strength throughout the entire shoulder girdle in preparation for any amount of weight-bearing you might do in your yoga practice.

In this Yoga by Paige: Inversion and Strength Flow we begin to understand the mechanics of the muscles around the shoulder to create greater stability and we play around with a few different types of handstand hops that should help address our sometimes irrational fear of being upside down.
