I haven't yet read Shonda Rhimes book, Year of Yes, but I was trying to emulate that idea without really understanding the nuance behind it. So stepping into this new role, I decided to say yes to every opportunity that came across my plate.

Welcome!
Welcome to the beginning of our #YBP blog! Most yoga teachers I know are living the grind and we do it because we love being in service to our community and facilitating growth within our students—I know that’s why I keep such a busy schedule on top of a full-time day job.
I’ve created this space to share snippets of inspiration, yoga musings, and practice offerings. I’m so glad you’re here sharing the journey. I wouldn’t be here without you. Read about the first lit under my buns after attending Yoga by Candace’s business training.
